LEVEL 1, 2 & Level 3 - DISPOSABLE PROCEDURE FACE MASK
This product is made in McMinnville, TN, with USA made components to meet and exceed most requirements of a medical grade mask. Our ASTM Level 1, 2 and 3, face mask is registered with FDA for use as a surgical mask, under 510k guidelines. All our suppliers of the critical filtering components of the masks are the leaders in the industry, including Lydall, Berry, Avanti, Halco and others.
3-Ply Mask Components
Our ASTM Level 1, 2, and 3, face masks are made of 3 layers of material:
- Outer layer is 25 gsm polypropylene which resists water and has some filtering capability.
- Middle layer is 30gsm meltblown, which has significant filtering capabilities, measure as Bacterial Filtering Efficiency, our current Lydall test results show a 98% effective rate.
- Inner layer is 25 gsm spunbound, which adds some filtering, but is soft and feels good on the skin.
- Earloop is made from a polyester/spandex blend that is soft on the ear.
